Mr. Bruger is the Head of Restructuring and Workout and an observing member of the U.S. Investment Committee. Mr. Bruger joined the team in 2019 and has a background in leveraged finance and investment banking, with previous positions at Société Générale, HSBC, and Credit Suisse. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bruger was a Credit Analyst at Hillmark Capital, where he covered various sectors including Industrial, Power, Automotive, Aerospace, Transportation, and Healthcare. In addition, Mr. Bruger worked in distressed credit at Schultze Asset Management. Mr. Bruger earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Finance from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.
